Meet and Greet miami

I am looking for meet and greet tickets for her miami or sunrise show. I m dying to meet shakira and my best friend too! We want to finally meet her. Does anyone have any information about where i can get them?! I know its coming up soon but I missed the VIP ticket sales! :(
